Even though he disagrees with the idea, Carl Halliway from Cheshire says his 3 year old daughter Bridie is allowed to, and knows how to, apply make up.

He believes that there should be an age limit to wear make-up. He says all of his daughters (Bronte aged 13, Merrily, aged 10 and Bridie, aged 3) are make-up obsessed and are only encouraged by their mother. He is outraged that his little girl is encouraged to act like a mini Lolita. He states that the youth today are “sexualised”.
