BTEC National Diploma in Sport and Exercise
Sciences
This award is equivalent to 3 'A' levels and is widely recognised
by a number of Universities offering Sports Science related degrees.
Due to the nature of this course successful students could gain
places in teacher training centres. For those wishing to pursue
a career in Sports Management, vocational qualifications gained
through BTEC programmes are accepted in Universities.
The minimum entry requirements are 5 A-C's at GCSE, these should
include English, Maths and Science.
The 2-year course consists of a wide variety of modules that are
continually assessed by means of assignments, projects and presentations.
